Forget crafting quietly in a corner (unless you're demonstrating, maybe!). While we're all about DIY crafts, this job is 100% about the PEOPLE! Think of us less like a quiet craft studio and more like the most fun, creative, slightly-crazy bar you've ever been to.

Great news: NO ART EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Seriously, you don't need to be a crafting expert. We can teach you the crafts! What we can't teach is awesome energy and a genuine love for connecting with people. Your personality and ability to engage with our guests are the most important skills you can bring!

What you'll REALLY be doing (Spoiler Alert: It's a dynamic Part-Time Role!):

This is a fast-paced part-time job where you'll be on your feet, juggling smiles, sips, and supplies. You'll be the welcoming face of Pikasso Swig, helping our amazing guests have the best time ever. Your main mission? Connect with our customers and be a vital part of our team! Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with massive energy and making them feel instantly welcome.

• Chatting them up – finding out where they're from, what they're celebrating, and making them feel right at home. Building rapport is key!

• Guiding guests through our craft projects (we'll teach you everything you need to know about the crafts!).

• Taking food, drink, and craft orders accurately and efficiently.

• Delivering delicious sips and snacks to tables.

• Setting up crafts and tidying up workstations throughout the day (it gets messy, in the best way!).

• Handling payments and register operations.

• Helping keep our bar and craft supplies stocked and organized.

• Performing opening and closing duties to ensure the space is ready for guests or securely closed.

• Jumping in wherever needed – from washing glasses to helping with inventory counts or preparing craft kits during slower times.

• Potentially assisting with researching or supporting outreach for corporate and private events.

Availability Requirements: This dynamic part-time role requires availability on weekends (our absolute busiest time, where most of your hours will likely be!) and also requires some weekday availability. We often have corporate events and other private parties during weekday hours, and use this time for essential operational tasks like inventory, ordering, and prep work. Flexibility in your schedule to cover a variety of shifts, including weekends and some weekdays, is crucial.
