Pikasso Swig is hopping, and while we're famous for our DIY crafts and good vibes, our custom birthday parties? They're LEGENDARY! We're looking for a special kind of rockstar to join our part-time crew as a Birthday Party Specialist!

This isn't just about crafting (though there's plenty of glitter!). This role is 100% about bringing the FUN, making magical memories for kiddos and their families, and being a vital part of our high-energy team. Think of it as being the Chief Celebration Officer who's also awesome at mixing drinks and tidying up!

Great news: While a love for crafts helps, NO PARTY-PLANNING OR ART EXPERTISE REQUIRED to start! We can teach you our party flow and craft techniques! What we can't teach is genuine enthusiasm, patience, and a love for making people (especially kids!) smile. Your personality and ability to connect are key!

What you'll ACTUALLY be doing (Spoiler Alert: It's a dynamic Part-Time Role with Party Power!):

This is a fast-paced gig combining the magic of parties with the energy of our bar! You'll be on your feet, juggling craft supplies, serving sips, and most importantly, managing smiles and making guests feel awesome.

Your main mission? Create unforgettable birthday experiences AND be a vital, flexible part of our team! Your responsibilities will include:

• Being the go-to person for birthday party inquiries and managing the party calendar (sometimes involves responding to emails from home!).

• Working with families to design one-of-a-kind party themes and choose crafts.

• Decorating the party space and setting up craft stations for maximum WOW factor.

• Ordering, serving, and managing party food and drinks (yes, maybe cupcakes!).

• Prepping goodie bags and organizing party games/activities.

• HIGH-ENERGY HOSTING: Leading the party, keeping kids engaged, and confidently managing the group's attention (get ready to use that loud voice!).

• Guiding party guests through their craft projects with patience and enthusiasm.

• When there are no parties scheduled, jumping into general team duties: greeting guests, taking orders, serving, helping with crafts for walk-ins, cleaning, stocking, and opening/closing tasks.

• Helping wherever else the team needs you – we all pitch in!

Availability Requirements: This dynamic part-time role requires availability on weekends (our absolute busiest time for parties and general fun!) and also requires some weekday availability. Weekdays might involve party planning calls/emails (some from home!), corporate events, or essential operational tasks. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts is crucial.
