FAQ

Camp Questions

Q: How will COVID-19 affect this year's camp?

A: This summer's art camps will be offered in a virtual setting. Our number 1 priority is the safety and health of our customers and our goal always has been to share art with the world. During these times, we feel that it is even more important for everyone to have access to camp. Whether they are at staying at home or traveling. By providing virtual camp, we feel that more children can have access to fun at home this summer.

Q: How do I get my supplies?

A: All supplies will be delivered or mailed to the address you choose.

Q: What if my child has food allergies?

A: Great question! Our camps come with daily snacks. If your child has food allergies, we will do our best to accommodate your requests. While we cannot guarantee certain items do not have specific ingredients, we will do our best to review menus, ingredients, and share packaging labels with you. Our goal is ALWAYS to provide a fun, inclusive experience that everyone can be a part of.

Q: What if my child misses a day?

A: All camp days will be filmed and participants will have access to all videos. Participants can make up a day anytime they choose.

Q: When is payment due?

A: A deposit is due when you sign up for camp. Full payment is due the week before camp begins, to ensure we have enough time for you to receive your supplies.

Q: Do I get to keep my supplies?

A: Of course! All supplies, decor and videos are yours to keep at the end of camp!

Q: Is there a multiple sibling discount?

A: Yes! If you have two children in the same household that you are signing up for camp. The second sibling will receive a 20% discount.
